01 — The Brief

The Challenge

Velvet had a strong physical retail presence and loyal

customer base but their online store did not reflect

the premium quality of their collections. Shoppers were

dropping off before completing purchases and the brand

felt inconsistent between their physical stores and

digital experience. They needed a complete redesign

that felt luxurious, modern, and conversion focused.

A premium luxury fashion e-commerce experience for Velvet — a Pakistani women's clothing brand. Designed to feel as refined as the clothes it sells, with a clean editorial aesthetic and seamless shopping journey across all devices.
02 — The Move

Our Strategy

We built the Velvet digital experience around one

core idea — the online store should feel as premium

as walking into their flagship store. Every design

decision was made to reduce friction, build desire,

and guide the customer naturally toward purchase.

We designed a clean cream and gold editorial aesthetic

that communicates luxury without being heavy. The

navigation was restructured around how women actually

shop — by category, occasion, and price. Product cards

were redesigned to show key information instantly

without cluttering the visual experience.

The mobile experience was treated as the primary

platform — not an afterthought. With the majority of

Pakistani fashion shoppers browsing on mobile, every

interaction was optimized for thumb-friendly navigation,

fast loading, and effortless checkout.
