We built the Velvet digital experience around one
core idea — the online store should feel as premium
as walking into their flagship store. Every design
decision was made to reduce friction, build desire,
and guide the customer naturally toward purchase.
We designed a clean cream and gold editorial aesthetic
that communicates luxury without being heavy. The
navigation was restructured around how women actually
shop — by category, occasion, and price. Product cards
were redesigned to show key information instantly
without cluttering the visual experience.
The mobile experience was treated as the primary
platform — not an afterthought. With the majority of
Pakistani fashion shoppers browsing on mobile, every
interaction was optimized for thumb-friendly navigation,
fast loading, and effortless checkout.
